Moody's: North American high-yield bond Covenant Quality Index remains near record low; low issuance in December
New York, January 13, 2015 -- Despite an improvement in the covenant quality of the North American high-yield bonds that were issued in December, Moody's Covenant Quality Index, which is a three-month rolling average, remains near November's record low, the rating agency says in a new report. The index stood at 4.33 in December and at 4.42 in November.
