Toronto, June 29, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the issuance of additional Series 2015-2 notes by Hollis Receivables Term Trust II (Hollis II) on 26 June 2015 would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by Hollis II.
