Moody's: No Ratings Impact On Golden Credit Card Trust Notes Following January 31, 2014 Account Addition

Toronto, January 31, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the addition of certain eligible accounts on 31 January 2014 to the custodial pool of accounts which support the undivided co-ownership interests held by Golden Credit Card Trust (the "Trust") would not, in and of itself, result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding series of notes issued by the Trust at this time.
