Moody's: No ratings impact on GE Card ABS following Series 2014-VFN1 issuance
New York, April 10, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the issuance of the Series 2014-VFN1 notes on 10 April 2014, in and of itself and at this time, would not result in a downgrade to, withdrawal of, or a review for downgrade of any of our ratings on any class of outstanding notes issued by GE Capital Credit Card Master Note Trust.
