Moody's: No ratings impact on Discover card ABS following accounts addition

New York, July 06, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the designation of approximately 1.8 million accounts, and the addition of an approximate receivables balance of $3.6 billion related to such accounts, to the Discover Card Master Trust I on 1 July 2016 would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the Discover Card Execution Note Trust.
