Moody's: No ratings impact on Citibank card ABS following issuance of additional 2013-A7 notes
New York, March 24, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the issuance of an additional $350,000,000 Citiseries Class 2013-A7 Notes on March 24, 2014 (the Additional Notes) would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust (the Outstanding Notes).
