Moody's: No ratings impact on Citibank card ABS following account addition

New York, March 24, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the designation of approximately 755,000 accounts, and the addition of an approximate receivables balance of $2.0 billion related to such accounts to the Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I on 22 March 2014 (the Addition), in and of itself and at this time, will not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust (the Outstanding Notes).
