New York, December 20, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the execution of amendments on December 20, 2013 to the Chase Issuance Trust ("CHAIT") Transfer and Servicing Agreement, Indenture, and Asset Pool One Supplement, in and of themselves and at this time, will not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by Chase Issuance Trust (the "Outstanding Notes").
