Moody's: No Ratings Impact on Ascentium Equipment Receivables 2015-2 Notes Following Account Addition

New York, December 18, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the addition of certain eligible contracts on December 18, 2015 to the asset pool that secures the notes issued by Ascentium Equipment Receivables 2015-2 Trust ("ACER 2015-2") would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in a downgrade, placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to any class of notes issued by ACER 2015-2 at this time.
