Moody's: No rating impact on various JGWPT ABS series following amendment of intercreditor agreements

New York, June 09, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the amendment of certain intercreditor agreements, executed on 6 June 2014, in and of itself and as of this time, will not result in the downgrade, the placement on review for downgrade or withdrawal of any of the ratings currently assigned to the outstanding series of notes issued by JGWPT XXIV LLC, Series 2011-2, JGWPT XXV LLC, Series 2012-1, JGWPT XXVI LLC, Series 2012-2, JGWPT XXVII LLC, Series 2012-3, JGWPT XXVIII LLC, Series 2013-1, JGWPT XXIX LLC, Series 2013-2, JGWPT XXX LLC, Series 2013-3 and JGWPT XXXI LLC, Series 2014-1.
