Moody's: No rating impact on Sinochem CP following amendment

Hong Kong, January 14, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the proposed amendments to the letter of credit, reimbursement agreement and depositary agreement to be executed on or before the expiry of the irrevocable direct-pay letter of credit (LC), provided by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, acting through its New York Branch would not, in and of itself and as of this point in time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current rating of the commercial paper (CP) notes issued by Sinochem CP Co. Ltd.
