Moody's: No rating impact on Sekerbank SME Covered Bonds following proposal of relaxing the amortization vector test
Madrid, November 13, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the proposed relaxation of the amortization vector test (AVT) in the documentation of Sekerbank SME - Covered Bonds would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings on the covered bonds issued by Sekerbank T.A.S. (the issuer), (long-term deposit rating Ba2 negative, adjusted baseline credit assessment (BCA) ba3, Counterparty Risk (CR) Assessment Ba1(cr)).
