Frankfurt am Main, June 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") announced today that the issuance of unrated notes of Aquarius + Investments PLC ('Aquarius'), would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of our ratings on the outstanding series of notes issued by Aquarius.
