Moody's: No rating impact on PTL Funding LLC, Series 2012-A amendments
New York, October 03, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that certain amendments, executed on October 3rd, 2014, to PTL Funding LLC, Series 2012-A, would not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to the Series 2012-A issued by PTL Funding LLC. Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. (Baa3 long term rating/stable outlook) is the sponsor of this transaction.
