Moody's: No rating impact on notes issued by Navistar Financial Dealer Note Master Owner Trust II following amendment
New York, November 13, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that Amendment No. 2 to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement related to Navistar Financial Dealer Note Master Owner Trust II (NAVMT II) would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any currently outstanding class of notes issued by NAVMT II.
