Moody's: No rating impact on notes issued by Credit Agricole Home Loan SFH following changes to hedging strategy

London, 10 October 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the proposed amendments to the documentation (the proposal) of Credit Agricole Home Loan SFH's covered bond programme will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings on the covered bonds (the notes) issued by Credit Agricole Home Loan SFH. The main amendments include the removal of all interest-rate swaps in euro on assets and liabilities and the implementation of the two mitigants below.
