Moody's: No rating impact on notes issued by Celtic Residential Irish Mortgage Securitisation No. 10 plc. following Royal Bank of Scotland plc. downgrade.
London, 21 March 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the downgrade of Royal Bank of Scotland plc. (the "Swap Counterparty") and its proposed action not to take any remedial action either now or in the future following the breach of the rating triggers under the swap agreements would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the notes rating assigned to Celtic Residential Irish Mortgage Securitisation No. 10 plc.
