Moody's: No rating impact on Compagnie de Financement Foncier, Obligations Foncieres notes after amendments to the EMTN Base Prospectus
London, 29 June 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has announced today that the amendments to the EMTN Base Prospectus of Compagnie de Financement Foncier (CFF), Obligations Foncieres would not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the Aaa ratings on covered bonds issued by CFF.
