Sydney, March 17, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service says that the issuance of additional Class A and Class B notes by Perpetual Trustee Company Limited in its capacity as trustee of TORRENS Series 2008-1 Trust on 17th March 2016 (the uplift) will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current rating of the Class A notes issued by the abovementioned trust.
