Moody's: No rating impact on Avis Rental Car ABS following amendment of Series 2010-6 and Series 2015-3
New York, November 18, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the Third Amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Series 2010-6 Supplement and the First Amendment to the Series 2015-3 Supplement would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to any outstanding series of notes issued by Avis Budget Rental Car Funding (AESOP) LLC (the Issuer), an affiliate of Avis Budget Car Rental LLC (B1).
