Moody's: No rating impact on American Express' card ABS following amendments to trust documents

New York, July 21, 2016 -- Moody's announced today that the execution of the following amendments to the American Express Credit Account Master Trust (the "Master Trust") and the related American Express Credit Account Secured Note Trusts (together, the "Note Trusts") program documents on 20 July 2016, would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any outstanding series or class of securities issued by the Master Trust or the Note Trusts:
