Moody's: No negative ratings impact on three Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. serviced RMBS deals due to amendment to allow financing of servicer advances.

New York, April 11, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that an amendment to the servicing agreements related to the below deals proposed by the servicer, Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the securities issued in the affected transactions below.
