Moody's: No negative ratings impact on American Homes 4 Rent 2014-SFR3 and American Homes 4 Rent 2014-SFR1 due to loan agreement amendment
New York, October 30, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") announced today that an amendment to each loan agreement related to the American Homes 4 Rent 2014-SFR3 and American Homes 4 Rent 2014-SFR1 single family rental transactions that has been proposed by American Homes 4 Rent, on behalf of the borrower under each respective loan agreement, would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the Moody's ratings of the securities issued in the aforementioned transactions.
