Moody's: No negative rating impact on Crown Castle wireless tower ABS following transfer of asset entities
New York, July 02, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the transfer of certain asset entities out of the securitization group securing the Series 2010-2, Series 2010-3, Series 2010-4, Series 2010-5 and Series 2010-6 notes issued by Crown Castle Towers LLC (Crown Castle), would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade, the placement on review for possible downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings currently assigned to the notes.
