Moody's: No impact on ratings due to new series of notes to be issued by Garanti Diversified Payment Rights Finance Company

Madrid, April 09, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the issuance by Garanti Diversified Payment Rights Finance Co. (the "Issuer") on or around 15th April of USD 550 million of series 2014-A notes due in January 2034 which is not rated by Moody's (the "Issuance") would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings on outstanding notes of the Issuer.
