Moody's: Maranon Loan Funding 2015-1, Ltd. ratings unaffected by changes to Memorandum and Articles of Association

New York, February 12, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that amended and restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of Maranon Loan Funding 2015-1, Ltd. (the "Issuer"), a CLO, as amended and restated by a special resolution dated February 11, 2016 (the "Amended Articles"), and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of itself and at this time cause the immediate withdrawal or reduction with respect to Moody's current rating of any Class of Secured Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amended Articles could have non-credit-related effects.
