Moody's: LBFRC 2007-LLF C5 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights

New York, November 07, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Holder of Certificates evidencing a majority of the Voting Rights allocated to the Controlling Party for the Normandy Office Portfolio Mortgage Loan have designated CWCapital Asset Management LLC (CWCAM) as the successor Special Servicer and to replace Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Inc. (Trimont) as the Special Servicer for Normandy Office Portfolio Mortgage Loan. The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement and Transfer will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
