London, 15 July 2014 -- The outlook for Italy's (Baa2 stable) banking system continues to be negative, because of continued deterioration of asset quality and low core profitability in the context of a stabilising but still fragile economy and low credit demand, says Moody's Investors Service in a new report published today.
