Moody's: Harvest CLO II S.A. ratings unaffected by replacement of key person
Madrid, March 21, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that proposed amendments (the "Amendment") to the "key person" provisions of the Portfolio Management Agreement in connection with the replacement of Paul Carman as a key person with Peter Goody, will not in and of itself and at this time cause the current Moody's ratings of the Notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced or withdrawn. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amendment could have other, non credit-related effects.
