Moody's: HarbourView CLO VII, Ltd. ratings unaffected by Supplemental Indenture.

New York, March 25, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by HarbourView CLO VII, Ltd. (the "Issuer"), a CLO, into a supplemental indenture dated as of March 25, 2015 (the " First Supplemental Indenture") by and among the Issuer, HarbourView CLO VII, LLC, as Co-Issuer and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the current rating of any secured notes issued by the Issuer to be immediately reduced or withdrawn. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the First Supplemental Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
