Moody's: GSMS 2007-GG10 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Defeasance of the Two Herald Square Loan
New York, November 05, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that 2 Herald Owner, LLC, the Borrower for the Two Herald Square mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
