Moody's: Greywolf CLO II, Ltd. ratings unaffected by the Amended and Restated Indenture

New York, November 17, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Greywolf CLO II, Ltd. (the "Issuer") into an amended and restated indenture dated as of November 17, 2014 (the "Amended and Restated Indenture") by and among the Issuer, Greywolf CLO II, LLC as Co-Issuer and Citibank, N.A. as Trustee, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the withdrawal or reduction with respect to the current rating by Moody's of the Class A-1 Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Amended and Restated Indenture could have non-credit-related effects.
