New York, September 03, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that an increase in commitments of the Class A-R Loans (the "Commitment Increase") made to Fortress Credit Opportunities V CLO Limited (the "Borrower") under an existing Credit Agreement dated as of July 28, 2014 will not in and of itself and at this time cause the current rating of the Loans of any Class by Moody's to be reduced or withdrawn. The Commitment Increase is made pursuant to an agreement for commitment increase entered into by the Borrower dated as of September 3, 2014 (the "Increase Agreement") Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Commitment Increase could have non-credit related effects.
