New York, August 12, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the ratings on the diversified payment rights (DPR) programs sponsored by Banco Bradesco S.A. and Banco do Brasil S.A. This action follows the downgrade of the counterparty risk assessments of the two sponsoring banks.
