Moody's: Davis Square Funding I, Ltd. ratings unaffected by Removal of Investment Advisor and Appointment of Replacement Investment Advisor

New York, April 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the removal of the existing Investment Advisor and the appointment of Dock Street Capital Management, LLC ("Dock Street") as replacement Investment Advisor to Davis Square Funding I, Ltd., (the "Issuer") under the provisions of an amended and restated Investment Advisory Agreement (the "Agreement") between the Issuer and Dock Street dated as of April 28, 2015 (the "Appointment") and performance of the activities contemplated therein will not in and of themselves and at this time result in the immediate withdrawal, reduction or other adverse action with respect to any current rating by Moody's of any current short-term or long-term rating (including any private or confidential rating) by Moody's of the Class A or Class B Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Removal and Appointment could have non-credit-related effects.
