New York, December 09, 2014 -- Moody's Covenant Quality Index weakened again in November, surpassing its previous record low, the rating agency says in a new report. For a third consecutive month average covenant quality scores for North American high-yield bonds were above 4.40 on Moody's five-point scale, in which 1.0 denotes the strongest investor protections and 5.0, the weakest.
