Moody's comments on the Novation of Servicer and Special Servicer Roles in Opera Finance (MetroCentre) plc

London, 06 September 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has stated today that the novation of the servicer and special servicer roles to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A (Wells Fargo) will not, in and of itself, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the Notes issued by Opera Finance (MetroCentre) plc.
