New York, September 08, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the Directing Holder intends to remove Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC as Special Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to all of the Mortgage Loans except the Hartman Portfolio Mortgage Loan, and to appoint KeyBank National Association as the successor Special Servicer. The Proposed Special Servicer Transfer and Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
