Moody's: COMM 2006-C8 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Defeasance of First City Tower Loan
New York, May 22, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that FC Tower Property Partners, L.P., the Borrower for the First City Tower mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
