New York, June 11, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Amsterco 67, LLC, the Borrower for the Tower 67 mortgage loan, has elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
