Moody's: CD 2007-CD4 Ratings Unaffected by Proposed Defeasance of Bank of America Plaza Loan
New York, June 22, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Behringer Harvard South Riverside, LLC and TIER REIT, Inc, together referred to as "the Pledgor," have elected to defease the loan with U.S. Government Securities. The proposed defeasance will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
