New York, January 14, 2016 -- The recent upgrade of Bank of America, N.A.'s servicer quality assessment as a primary servicer of subprime residential mortgage loans reflects the bank's improved loss-mitigation metrics, including the strong performance of modified loans, Moody's Investors Service says in its latest servicer report on the bank. Moody's raised the loss-mitigation component of the bank's subprime servicer quality assessment to above average from average as part of the upgrade.
