Moody's: BACM 2000-2 Ratings Unaffected by the Proposed Transfer of Special Servicing Rights
New York, August 07, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that the Majority Certificateholder of the Controlling Class intends to replace LNR Partners, Inc. as the Special Servicer and to appoint Torchlight Loan Services, LLC as the successor Special Servicer (the "Proposed Special Servicer Replacement"). The Proposed Special Servicer Replacement will become effective upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the governing documents.
