Moody's Assigns Prime-1 (sf) Rating to Banner Trust
New York, October 01, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Prime-1 (sf) rating to the Series A Notes issued by Banner Trust ("Banner"). Banner is a prior review, partially supported multi-seller Canadian asset-backed commercial paper ("ABCP") program sponsored and administered by Toronto Dominion Bank (TD Bank, Aa1/Prime-1/B) and TD Securities, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TD Bank.
