Moody's assigns definitive Aaa rating to National Bank of Canada's Legislative Global Covered Bonds Series CBL 2
Toronto, March 26, 2014 -- Moody's has assigned the long-term rating of Aaa to the Series CBL 2 covered bonds to be issued by the National Bank of Canada (NBC, rated Aa3, Prime-1) under the terms of its USD7 billion Legislative Global Covered Bond Programme.
