New York, March 07, 2014 -- Moody's has withdrawn the provisional (P) A1 (stable outlook) MTN program rating of Monumental Global Funding II. a funding agreement-backed note program affiliated with the Aegon USA subsidiary, Monumental Life Insurance Company (insurance financial strength at A1, stable outlook). There are no notes outstanding under the MTN program.
