Montebello (City of) CA -- Moody's upgrades Montebello, CA's issuer rating to Baa1; affirms Ba1 lease backed rating
New York, June 25, 2013 -- Moody's has upgraded Montebello's Issuer rating to Baa1 from Baa2. We have also affirmed our Ba1 rating on the city's lease secured obligations issued in 2000 of which $13.3 million remains outstanding.
