Mitel Networks Corporation -- Moody's says Mitel's bid for ShoreTel is potentially credit negative
Toronto, October 20, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Mitel Networks Corporation's (B2, stable) offer to acquire ShoreTel Inc. (unrated) for $540 million is credit negative if financed with debt.
