New York, July 09, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") affirmed Light Tower Rental's ("LTR") B2 Corporate Family Rating and revised the rating outlook to negative from stable. At the same time, Moody's also affirmed the B2-PD Probability of Default Rating, B2 rating on the senior secured notes, and the SGL-3 Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating.
