Leighton Holdings Limited -- Moody's says Leighton's rating unaffected by partial sale of services businesses
Sydney, December 18, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says Leighton Holdings Limited's (Leighton) announcement today that it has entered into a binding agreement with funds managed by Apollo Global Management LLC (unrated) to form a 50:50 JV partnership comprising its Services businesses is mildly credit positive but has no immediate impact on its Baa3/stable rating.
